Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays or evenings as needed.

Job Summary
As a Client Manager at our auto dealership, you’ll guide customers through vehicle purchases, leasing, and service follow-ups. You’ll manage relationships, handle paperwork, support collections, and keep our office organized and welcoming. Your ability to create a great customer experience will drive loyalty and operational success.

Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchases
  • Process leases and sales documentation accurately
  • Send payment reminders and handle collections
  • Perform GPS and insurance checks on customer vehicles
  • Coordinate with service staff and follow up on customer concerns
  • Maintain CRM records and dealership software
  • Keep the office and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • 1–3 years of customer service or auto sales experience
  • Experience using CRM, QuickBooks, or dealership software
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Independent, organized, and team-focused
